Anxiety often whispers long before a canine or feline ever steps paw into a salon. With intuitive, trauma-informed grooming, recognizing the earliest energetic shifts helps me craft a safe, successful environment from the very start. Working with anxious companions is not just about tool exposure or desensitizing to sounds, scents, or surfaces — it begins with me. Before each session — especially with a sensitive or energetically heightened canine or feline — I ground myself intentionally. I clear my space. I set my intention.
